This home renovation included a full gut remodel of the existing kitchen, mudroom, pantry, bar and bathroom as well as revisions to the existing, den, dining room, powder room and 2nd floor bathroom.

Removing the existing dumbwaiter allowed us to move the range and open up the floor plan to the existing den, while increasing the size of the dining room. By combining the butlers pantry and mudroom with a downsized bathroom, we were able to add a spacious, custom walk in pantry. We designed and installed a bespoke custom kitchen with customized inserts at a number of cabinets, all made of solid walnut. The island was topped with a stunning backlit cristallo quartzite stone top.

We re-designed the den, fireplace, repaired and refinished wood floors, installed new coffered ceilings, matched existing wainscot details in the dining and foyer and refreshed the whole house with new paint, wallpaper and light fixtures throughout.
