This home renovation included a gut remodel and re-design of the master bathroom to create a barrier free walk-in shower at the end of 2022, and returning in 2023 to complete the rest of the first floor with substantial tile removal, structural repairs to the subfloor, new wood flooring throughout and installation of the new kitchen and coffee bar area. We refreshed the paint throughout and installed new stacked stone on the existing fireplace to finish off the open concept space.
